Shortsales….
Why do they call shortsales…shortsales? It’s anything but short!!! We should call them “long-term sales” I rather build a house then buy a shortsale!!!!

I reccomend all realtors should show houses in the rain because you will find out really quick which houses need a new roof or has flooding issues…
