The home buying experience went very smoothly while working with Tyson Bradley. A friend from D.C. connected us with Tyson after we talked about needing to find a realtor since we would be buying a home in the Virginia Beach area. We used realtor.com to view available homes in the Virginia Beach area. We were able to rank them and make comments online so Tyson would be able to view them. This sped the process up tremendously. We flew from San Diego to Virginia Beach several times to meet with Tyson to look at homes. Tyson had the homes we were interested in printed out, and we spent the day looking at homes. Tyson took us to the home I had ranked #1 online, and I was instantly impressed with the home in person. We looked at other homes we had been interested in as well. At the end of the day, it was the home that I had ranked #1 and the one we had seen first at the beginning of the day that beat out all the other homes we had seen that day. We decided to make an offer for this home. We went to Tyson's office and made an offer to the sellers. The next day, the offer was accepted! The overall experience with Tyson went well, and we had some fun along the way. I would most definitely utilize Tyson again in the future!

This was my first experience with the whole home buying thing. I had no idea what to expect although I had heard many war stories about how long it takes, how horrible the homes on the market were and how the wrong real estate agent can make the experience miserable. But Tyson Bradley was the most organized, well-informed and personable agent I have ever met! Our circumstances prevented us from meeting daily due to the fact that we lived in San Diego and were relocating to Virginia Beach. Our first meeting with Tyson was fantastic! He listened to everything we were looking for in our home and pointed us in the right direction. During our first visit, we visited different neighborhoods that he felt were our best fit. From there, we went back to San Diego and did our homework. We looked up homes on Realtor.com (which he suggested to save us a lot of time for our next visit) and weeded out the ones we didn't like. Once we had our list of properties we wanted to see, we sent them to Tyson so he could look them over in person. He also picked out some homes that either weren't on the list or just came onto the market that he knew we would be interested in.
Tyson was genuinely interested in fulfilling all of our needs and on our second trip we spent all day checking out the homes we were most interested in. The funny thing is, we picked out and eventually purchased the first home we looked at! He knew exactly what we were looking for! Where else can you find a customer experience like that?!
Tyson was a pleasure to work with and made the whole experience fun and exciting, especially since this was my first home buying experience. I know he did a lot of work on his end and had other clients to attend to but he always made us feel like a priority!
